Field Trip-JU, National Martyrs’ Monument & AGC

“Education is the key to unlocking the world. It is the passport to freedom.” At Wordbridge School we implied this to our educational field trip and gave freedom to our students to explore and gather knowledge.

After Junior and Middle school, the senior school students (class IX - XII) visited Jahangirnagar University, National Martyrs’ Monument & Army Golf Club at Savar on Saturday 5th November 2022 as a part of their educational trip. The students quenched their knowledge to learn about the history of JU & our National Martyrs’ Monument. We were honored to pose a picture with the Vice Chancellor of JU, Dr. Md Nurul Alam, Professor of Physics. Wordbridge School is grateful to the VC for allowing the students to visit their Library, Muktomoncho, Auditorium, Faculty of Arts and Humanities and the Playground. Two student volunteers of JU Mr. Riddha Aninday Ganguly from the final year of archeology department and Mr. Imtiaz Arnob from English department, guided the entire team of Wordbridge to walk around through the beautiful premises.

Finally, the enthusiastic students visited Army Golf Club where they were mesmerised by seeing the golf course and had their lunch in the restaurant. The most fun part of the journey was the bus trip.

The whole group had an unforgettable trip which enlightened them to continue their journey on education.
