Importance of improving soft skills

In 21st century, being competent in only academics is not enough. Developing soft skills like collaboration, communication and leadership skill is equally important for students to move ahead in life with more achievement. Taking that in consideration an interactive session on importance of improving soft skills was arranged and initiated by BYLC (Bangladesh Youth Leadership Council) at the school premises. Some basic skills of presentation and public speaking were discussed and demonstrated with the students . The participants enjoyed the session thoroughly.
