Training sessions for the teachers

Wordbridge School held training sessions for the teachers on the 26th and 27th June in order to upgrade their skills which were divided in three sessions.

The training on the Teaching Learning Process was done by the Coordinator and Academic Supervisor of Middle School Khadiza Afrin. The IT training was conducted by IT officer Atikur Rahman Sujon.

The IT training benefitted the teachers to a great extent as they could deal with all the practical problems through hands on task with the computer. The teaching training sessions focused on Planning, Preparation, Practice and Procedure of the teaching learning process. Differentiating teaching and assessment approaches was emphasized in the discussion to cater for different learners’ needs. These interactive sessions motivated the teachers to prepare for the new academic session with a better approach, offering a blend of different teaching methods and techniques.
